Went to the office for my appointment after getting text confirmation and no one was there. There was a sign saying they were out to lunch from 1:00-2:00 while my appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 1:30. Tried to call and left a voicemail and did not get a call back. Will be going elsewhere to avoid missing work for an appointment no one shows up for.
