Excellent office. Staff were friendly, technicians were thorough. Dr. Gentry took time and explained everything she was doing and looking at, and explained what she thought my treatment plans should be and why. Highly recommend!

All of the team members were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Though I have a lot of dental work to be done and felt fairly embarrassed by my situation, no one made me feel judged or uncomfortable. They were encouraging during my initial appointment, and in their approach to long term treatment. I feel grateful to have found Dr. Gentry's practice.

I went for a normal check-up, had x-rays, and scheduled an appointment to have some cavities filled. Went back a month later for the fillings. Long story short, I am paying out of pocket for everything because my insurance doesn't cover white fillings, only silver. Would have appreciated someone checking on that, or at least raising the issue, before proceeding with the dental work.

Great dentist, hygienists, and staff. The office is chic, clean, and very hygienic. The staff is knowledgeable, friending, and welcoming. Dr. Emily spent a lot of time examining and discussing possible procedures. She went into detail on her reasoning and explained everything she planned to do. I especially liked that the front office staff walked me through my insurance coverage and out of pocket costs before scheduling a follow up visit. By the end I felt like a valued patient and not just another paying customer. Great experience!

The office is gorgeous and easy to find from the Montgomery Bart/Muni station. Everyone in the office was friendly! I hadn't seen the dentist for a while after college and they made me feel very comfortable coming in.
