Dr. Kwon was raised in the Los Angeles area and moved to the Bay Area where he attained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Kwon graduated from dental school with clinical honors and further completed a rigorous 1 year general practice residency at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. There, Dr. Kwon gained invaluable experience training alongside dental specialists while fostering a genuine passion for dental health education. Actively engaged in community service and international medical missions since High School, Dr. Kwon discovered dentistry as the perfect field to deliver on his deep-seated passion to serve others. In their professional practice, they prioritize creating a comfortable environment, while providing evidence-based dentistry with a focus on oral health education and disease prevention.
