About Dr. EmmaLeigh Gordon
Dr. Gordon is an independent dental provider. Our office accepts most PPO dental plans, but we are not contracted providers. We recently went out-of-network with all dental insurance to provide the best care for our patients without the restrictions imposed by dental insurance contracts. We are part of your health care team, and we will not compromise your care to comply with the rules of a third party.
To be "member dentists" or "in-network" providers for an insurance plan, we would have to agree to cost-cutting practices and other restrictions that may compromise our values and possibly your dental health. We want to help you be healthier now and in the future by providing less invasive restorations along with ongoing proactive preventive care.
Our approach is to explain the various treatment options to you and help you weigh which treatment will best fit your needs. Together, we will make a plan on how to proceed to achieve your goals. We can offer care that dentists confined by contracts are restricted from offering.
Dr. EmmaLeigh Gordon is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan. She moved to Seattle 10 years ago and has made her home in Washington. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Michigan. After graduating from college, she worked as an office manager for a dental practice and fell in love with the field of dentistry.
Dr. Gordon continued her education at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During her time at UW, she spent significant time performing dental community service at numerous community clinics. Dr. Gordon is currently a part-time clinical instructor at the University of Washington in the DECOD clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Gordon enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, traveling, cooking, baking, hiking, and crafting.

I was confused- the provider I booked with and who is on the website was no where to be found. I saw a different dentist. Also thought I booked a pediatric dentist based on zocdoc search and they were not a pediatric dentist.

Office phoned me and said that Dr. Brandon Walker could see me a day earlier than my appointment. He was fantastic. I was having tooth pain. He diagnosed the problem and worked late on his birthday! I am confident he saved my tooth.
