About Dr. Eoin Halpin

Dr. Eoin Halpin received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2015. Following dental school, he practiced in both solo and group private practice settings. In 2020 he returned to the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM) as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Health where he trains 4th year dental students in all aspects of general dentistry. In addition to teaching, he treats patients that are medically complex and many that are from underserved patient populations at the RSDM extramural clinics in South Jersey. Dr. Halpin is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. He strongly values staying at the forefront of current topics in dentistry and is an active member of several organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Dental Education Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Halpin spent most of his life involved in Irish dancing. He was a competitive dancer for over 20 years, receiving many awards both nationally and internationally. He has also toured professionally on four national tours with the shows Rhythm in the Night and Carol of the King, which included a run at Busch Gardens Tampa as a lead performer. It was during these tours that he met his wife, Niki, who was also a lead performer. They live in Medford with their two Australian Shepherds, Jack and Gus. Dr. Halpin works hard to treat every patient with the highest quality of care and address their concerns and needs, while making them comfortable in an atmosphere that treats every patient like family.
