I'm proud to say that 25 years ago, after earning my Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University, I chose to practice dental care in my hometown of White Plains because I felt my community should have the best dentistry has to offer-not only today but every year forward. I frequently take numerous continuing education courses and seminars so that I can provide you with the latest advances in state-of-the-art dental care. When it comes to cosmetic and family dentistry, our team has compassionately helped thousands of people in the Westchester/New York Metro area obtain their perfect smile. The front desk staff were very rude. They asked how I booked the appointment and scoffed when they heard it was via ZocDoc. Furthermore, the front desk staff stated that they do not check ZocDoc appointments and therefore couldn’t accommodate me. At no point did they try to work on a solution. Visiting this office was a complete waste of time and I am incredibly disappointed.

I enjoyed going to this office, although they did not accept my insurance, they made sure to make that clear before my appointment. Everyone was very friendly, made everything clear about the work that I needed (nothing was pressured). I overall enjoyed the experience.

A toothache in the middle of a pandemic is never a good thing, but if it has to happen to you, you're in luck if you are a patient of Dr. Calian and Calian Dental. He got me in asap to see the endodontist, Dr. Newman (also fabulous). Yes, a root canal was needed, and believe it or not, it was absolutely painless. I cannot thank Dr. Calian, Dr. Newman and Carla for taking such good care of me under difficult circumstances.

I saw dr. Angelo and janine and they were great. Janine was very thorough and explained everything she did. The office manager sat down with me and explained co pays and any potential out of pocket expense i may have with the consultations and fillings. Office is clean and professional. Thank you.

up to date, staff is very responsive and competent, and Calian is a quintessential pro.

Nice office, front desk and doctor were very attentive and kind. My appointment was scheduled for 1:10 and I was not seen until 1:50. I know that things run slowly sometimes, but I was waiting because the hygienist refused to take time out of her lunch break to do her job. She was EXTREMELY rude, complaining about the scheduling and her lunch break to the staff right in front of me. At least go in the back and complain! Very unprofessional. I wish I had not made contact with this woman because she ruined my entire experience and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, even though I was on the schedule and on time. Rest of staff seems very kind! I would recommend this office, just make sure you don't get Ms. Grumpy for your cleaning.

This was my first visit, and as soon as I stepped into the beautifully appointed waiting area, the office staff cordially welcomed me and expressed concern for the dental emergency that I was experiencing. Dr. Calian promptly assessed my condition and devised a plan to alleviate my pain, quell the infection, and treat the source of the problem. Just as so many others have noted in their reviews, I had an outstanding experience at Dr. Calian's office and I unreservedly recommend his practice to anyone searching for superior dental care.

Very nice reception area, professional and tastefully decorated.
Olga gave a thorough and gentle cleaning, I smiled all the rest of the day feeling confident and clean.
I liked that the doctor was honest in giving me some cosmetics options that would perfect my smile, but he did not pressure me or recommend anything unnecessary to my dental health.
I made my next cleaning appointment in the spot! And love that they can send text message reminders to my mobile number.
