Dr.?Farah?Themistocle blends advanced clinical training with a warm, collaborative chair-side manner. After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University?of?Connecticut School of Dental Medicine—she completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Saint?Francis Hospital, serving her second year as Chief Resident. There she gained extensive experience in restorative dentistry, crowns, molar root canals, removable dentures, simple and surgical extractions, nitrous-oxide sedation, and emergency head-and-neck care. Her residency also included rotations in oncology, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and anesthesiology, giving her deep insight into treating patients with complex medical histories. Dr.?Themistocle is passionate about patient education and believes that active listening and empathy are the cornerstones of lasting oral health. She works hand-in-hand with each patient to create treatment plans that fit their needs, goals, and lifestyles.?Her commitment to excellence earned her the William?J.?Rieger,?DDS Award for outstanding motivation and clinical skill. Her professional memberships include the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association. She is fluent in English, French & Creole. Outside the operatory, Dr.?Themistocle volunteers with Connecticut?Missions?of?Mercy, Urban Service Track, and the South Park Homeless Shelter oral-health screenings. When she isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys baking, visiting art museums, painting, reading, traveling, and—someday—hopes to adopt a cat.
