I did not see the Doctor I selected. They did nothing to solve my dental problem. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and they scheduled me a month out. The Dr said he would give me Tylenol with codine but put in a prescription for Codine sulfate. They don’t even have codine sulfate. Walgreens tried to call them twice to change it and they never responded. They could care less how much pain I am in . Will be going somewhere else.

Scheduled appointment for 5:15pm on ZocDoc, got a call saying their last appointment is at 5:00pm. I was local, so it took me eight minutes to get there and I arrived at 5:07pm. It seemed like they were training a new receptionist and she did a great job with the information she was given to verify my insurance, but it seemed like other staff were more focused on talking to eachother. I sat in the office for nearly twenty minutes with no forms, no confirmation if I would be seen, only for another staffer from deeper in the office apologize to me as THE DENTISTS HAD ALREADY LEFT. I’m unsure if their systems or old or the office staff have given up, but I knew there had to be a reason for all the one-star reviews and I wanted to give them a chance anyways. Rescheduled for the weekend because I felt bad for the trainee, but honestly think I will pass on this office. I’m sure they are trying their best and the dentists might be amazing, but their systems are badly in need of an upgrade.
