As top graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. Hsiao remains committed to clinical excellence through advanced training in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, occlusion, and digital dentistry. Before establishing Huntington Beach Dental Arts, Dr. Hsiao proudly served as a dental officer in the United States Navy.
