About Dr. Gerardo Munguia Rodriguez

Dr. Munguia first earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DMD) degree in Mexico, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. He then pursued advanced training in Prosthodontics at Boston University, completing both a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS). To further expand his expertise and contribute academically, he completed the Internationally Educated Faculty DMD program at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he also served a faculty member teaching and mentoring dental students. With a strong background in restorative, prosthetic, and implant dentistry, Dr. Munguia is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality treatment with attention to both function and aesthetics. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys meditation, yoga, and strength training - practices that support balance, focus, and well-being in both his personal life and his approach to patient care.
