About Dr. Gina Grosse
Dr. Gina Grosse prides herself on providing quality dental care in a genuinely compassionate manner. She understands that going to the dentist is not everyone's favorite activity and works hard to ensure her patients are comfortable and at ease before, during, and after treatment. Dr. Grosse really enjoys getting to know her patients and their dental goals. She listens to her patients and works with them to establish a treatment plan that they understand and are comfortable with. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is cosmetic dentistry and its ability to transform patients' smiles and have a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Grosse knew she wanted to be a dentist at a very young age. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Originally from central Illinois, she has fallen in love with Chicago and city living since moving here in 2008.
Dr. Grosse is a firm believer in the importance of continuing education and keeping up with the latest advancements in dental technology. She attends numerous continuing education courses and dental meetings every year and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Grosse lives with her husband in Chicago. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and in her spare time enjoys cooking and immersing herself in Chicago's vast culinary scene. She also enjoys running, hot yoga, and taking fitness classes.

Staff was pretty condescending and very judgmental about normal dental issues. Only go here if you have 100% perfect teeth.

The front desk person immediately tried to sell me on a payment plan for the year. While I appreciate upfront pricing, it came off as pushy. I was previously seeing a holistic dentist. Dr. Grosse told me that she didn’t know very much about it and I had to do a lot of explaining so she could understand the goals and methods of my previous dentist. They took x-rays and gum measurements. It took a long time because the assistant was not very skilled and seemed extremely nervous. They ended up recommending a deep clean, which would be more than triple the cost of a regular cleaning. I told them I would rather get a regular cleaning and they refused. I decided to go elsewhere because my impression was that they were not very interested in my dental health, just my money. The front desk person was extremely rude and wouldn’t look me in the eye when I asked questions about the pricing. She just kept writing on a piece of paper.

Best dentist I have seen in Chicago. I moved to the suburbs but I will drive into the city just so I could still go to this dentist office. The staff are extremely nice and wonderful. Dr. Grosse is awesome. A problem I encountered at other offices are people trying to upsell things I don't really need, but she has been really honest with everything and I really appreciate it all. I have been recommending my coworkers to go here for this reason.

All the ladies that work here are very nice and professional. They work quickly and make you as relaxed (as you can be!) to see the dentist. Dr. Grosse is quick, professional, and personable. Would definitely recommend.

On my first visit, they took x-rays of my teeth which is normal, but it felt like way more than usual. They also took pictures with a camera of my teeth which was a little weird. The actual cleaning was a bit quick. Maybe the office was busy, but I’ve gotten better cleans from previous dentists. Overall, not a bad experience. Would probably go again.

Dr. Grosse a great dentist. I have always had a positive experience at Polished and have referred several friends. The office is clean and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dentist seemed fine but I waited 25 mins to be seen for a routine checkup. Staff at desk did not even tell me the dentist was behind schedule. Hygienist said the overlap appts and no one apologized for my wait until 45 mins in. It’s just not respectful of my tone and poor communication. Almost left...news better coordination and manners. Lots of dentists in this world.

Dr . Gina Gross’s was AMAZING! I had a lot of teeth work done and was very nervous and she made me feel very calm and explained every step she was doing before starting the process which I truly appreciated . Highly recommend she did a fabulous job on my teeth !

I had originally gone to Trupti, but Gina is awesome too. I had a bridge put in and she and her assistant Jo were super thorough and really detailed. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Drs. Desai and Grosse, and some of their assistants like Jo and Letty, are terrific. If I could ever say I love going to the dentist, it would be here.
