NEW PATIENT BEWARE!!!
Feels More Like a Sales Pitch Than a Dental Visit -This office seems more focused on upselling than patient care. I believed the photos taken were for my dental charts, but they were uploaded into the Invisalign system — something I wasn’t told or expecting. The dentist (not a hygienist) did my cleaning and said, “I was trying to fit you in,” despite my scheduled appointment. It felt rushed and sales-driven.
She flagged a problem tooth but couldn’t show me — only Invisalign scans were taken. A photo was taken after the cleaning. I was told I was being “helped out” with costs to address findings, but the costs increased later — which felt like another tactic. When I expressed concern, I was called “angry.” The tone shifted from warm to condescending. Other reviews mention this too. I also felt gaslighted when questioning the process. I understand this is a business, but they need to reevaluate their approach.

The staff, Dr. & office seemed on the up & up and well prepared. With one big exception. I went there because a crown had fallen out. Dr. Lopez said I needed a root canal. But, she doesn’t do them. She has an Endodontist who comes in 2 days a week to do them. I needed to get it done. I was shown a treatment plan, they claimed they got from MetLife’s site. This was not true. The line item for root canal was outrageously high and included a huge unexplained extra charge.
I had to pay in full upfront; the work was planned for the next day.
I told the receptionist I am sure my policy covers root canals.
I called MetLife that evening because I couldn’t believe what they said. I was right. I am covered for root canals. Tomorrow morning I have to get the name of this Endodontist and call MetLife with his name to find out the fee he is allowed to charge whether he’s in network or out of network. Naturally, I am very upset that I have to do any of this and struggle to get my money back.

Dr. Lopez has a "bedside" manner I haven't seen in a long while. I came in as a brand new patient on an emergency visit. I had whole big problem. Dr. Lopez is the only dr in the office and it was indeed a busy Monday morning! Yet, she took the actual time to discuss in great detail my treatment options. She also showed patience in listening to my questions. What a rare gem!

Great experience. I'm terrified of the dentist and I was made to feel at ease everything was explained thoroughly. We did x-rays, made a treatment plan and was made aware of different concerning options to help me achieve my health goals. Office staff was amazing. Highly recommend!
