very disappointed in the way my daughters teeth looked when braces were removed. The lab was too busy and after having her braces removed she didn't get the proper retainer for days. Her teeth shifted and now after wearing braces for 2 years she still has a 1/4" gap between her top front teeth!

The vibe in the office was really weird. Like you'll be sitting in the chair and people will come in to grab an item, but not make eye contact or say hi or anything. It sounds like a small thing, but it's actually really uncomfortable.
One of the other reviews called it a "factory" atmosphere, which would've been fine, except that I was still waiting to see someone well over an hour after my appointment. I asked the receptionist what was up, and this earned a glib remark from the dentist.
The oral hygienist was a pretty swell though, and his pleasant demeanor is enough for me to stick with this practice. (And it was pretty quick once things were in motion.)
