Dr. Olga Bukholts provides the highest quality orthodontic treatment for adults, teens, pre-teens and children.
Dr. Bukholts graduated from the prestigious Honors Combined Accelerated BA/DDS Degree program at New York University College of Arts and Sciences and New York University College of Dentistry, one of only 5 students accepted annually. She completed her general practice residency program at Staten Island University Hospital Center. Following her residency, she practiced as a general dentist in Manhattan.
Dr. Bukholts completed her orthodontics training at New York University College of Dentistry's orthodontic program. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry.

I had a small routine retainer repair, and she was incredibly thorough and had a great bedside manner--I will definitely continue to see her and recommend her in the future!

I was very upset that my teeth have moved after my first round in braces when I was younger. I found myself with an overbite and gaps between my front teeth. My friend recommended Dr. Bukholts and I am so grateful to her! Dr. Bukholts is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and friendly. She told me that she can fix my problems in a much shorter time than I expected and for a lot less $. That was an incredible news, but as a cherry on top, Dr. Bukholts' office is so beautiful and comfortable - I love coming there! If you are considering any kind of teeth straightening look no further. Perfect Smiles Orthodontics is the PERFECT place!

I went in because a bonded retainer I've had for over 5 years broke. I was asked to pay a not-insignificant fee up front before I could see the doctor which seemed sketchy. She removed the old retainer and replaced with a piece of braided kevlar. I was very uncomfortable during the procedure and Dr. Bukholts did not seem to pay any attention to my comfort or well being. When she was finished, the retainer was held in with a massive amount of bonding material that obstructed my bite. She sanded the material down a bit but eventually told me it was no longer obstructing my bite even though I could still feel it. The retainer has already fallen out less than 2 weeks later. Worst dental experience of my life.

From the first moment I walked into Perfect Smiles Orthodontics, I was blown away by the office space itself. Compared to other orthodontic offices I have been to, it is sleek, well-lit/airy, and very welcoming. My first impression of Dr. Bukholts and her staff was very positive - they were friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions and concerns I had were answered, and everything was just made so easy and simple (i.e. insurance coverage, billing options, appointments). So far, it has been a great experience.

AMAZING! I came in for a consultation regarding my retainer. Dr. Bukholts addressed every issue I had concerns with. While I was there, I was introduced to her teeth whitening system. The process seemed way to easy to be true. Fast forward one hour later... My teeth are four shades whiter! This totally beats the "Do It Yourself" bleaching in every way possible.
