About Dr. Hadia Ismail
Dr. Ismail was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She later moved to Cairo, Egypt where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at Cairo University. After completing a General Practice Residency at Kasr Al Ainy Hospital in Cairo, Dr. Ismail practiced dentistry for two years before moving back to the United States. Dr. Ismail then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors (D.M.D) from the University of Pennsylvania where she also completed two internships in Endodontic and Oral Surgery. After graduating from Penn, Dr. Ismail moved to Dallas and has been practicing dentistry in the DFW area. She is very passionate about dentistry and strives to provide the highest standard of care to all of her patients. She is also a firm believer in proper patient education and is committed to working with her patients to achieve and maintain superior oral health.

Overall, Dr. Hadia exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and professional dental team, this is the place to go. Don't worry if you don't have insurance their services are very affordable. I’m so happy to have found them and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

The sign-in process was simple and every person I interacted with was very helpful. Each part of my check-up was clearly explained to me (including what the potential cost would be to do a follow-up and get a filling fixed).
Dr. Ismail was very friendly and hands-on in terms of walking through my dental health status and options. I felt confident, reassured, and equipped with all relevant information upon leaving her office.

Dr. Ismail is so sweet. For once I wasn’t afraid while at the dentist (I HATE the dentist). She’s very attentive, answered all my questions, and gave me a thorough walkthrough of my dental health.

The equipment seems a bit outdated. I could do without the rooms having no doors on them. Dr. Ismali was nice, but seemed to focus a lot on the negative aspects of my teeth. I felt rather defeated upon leaving. Also, the lady that did my cleaning was INTENSE. It’s been over an hour since I left and my teeth are so sore. I’ve never had that happened after a routine exam/cleaning. The front desk staff was helpful, but I would have done without one of them insinuating that I couldn’t make my payment. I was “offered” a payment plan 3x even after saying I didn’t need one. I simply asked for another copy of the bill.

Wow what a great experience, other doctors want to sell you unnecessary services but not here they were straightforward and to the point. The game plan they put together was very concise and everyone was super informative ensuring we were fully informed throughout the process. The entire process was very warm and friendly with the entire staff, the way information was shared was very understandable and thorough, my husband was so pleased with the experience he will be setting an exam date soon which is wild because he doesn’t let anyone touch his mouth. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me I can’t wait to return.

Positives: Was able to get an appointment quickly and the dentist was thorough and understanding. The problem I went in for was resolved.
Negatives: The office is not in the best part of town and feels rundown, the bathroom did not have toilet paper (not even a toilet paper holder), not all the office staff were friendly and sometimes seemed annoyed to be there, office was not open when Google said it would be.

Not sure what what happened but i showed up on time but the whole office was closed. Waited a few mins and they finally opened. Got in the chair and waited a bit more to start the process. But the doctor was friendly as last year.

Great service for dental cleaning by doctor Hadia, her nurses and lady at the reception!!! Nurse put the pink paste as I asked them to. From here on our, hope they can follow this applying this layer of pink paste with a tool as the last step before patient appointment completed.

Highly recommend! I usually avoid or delay going to the dentist but I decided to go since I had some pain. Dentist was able to diagnose problem quickly and did not recommend any unnecessary procedures or medication. Will definitely visit again.

Dr. Ismail and her staff is phenomenal. Ana the front desk clerk is professional and kind. Dr. Ismail has some of the best bedside manners I have ever came across. I will never go to another dentist as long as this practice stays open. I have never had a dentist who cares so much about not only my teeth but how I am doing on a personal level. I love this place so much.
