Dr. Wanted to start a root canal with no shots only swab numbing gel! I said "No" I need shot and glad I did as I still could feel mild pain during the procedure! I was told it would take 2 hours, I ended up being there just shy of 4 hours!! Extremely unorganized, slow and she broke off an instrument file in my tooth canal but said it should be fine. I guess we will see and I will ensure they pay for any problems I have in future if there's issues! Not impressed, it was a very stressful event.

It was the strangest visit to a dentist. After cleaning never told me if I had a cavity she just disappeared the young assistant told me I’m all done and directed me to the lobby lol like I said it was the strangest dental appointment I had ever had I will hope you don’t get the 40 minute x ray service as well and over and over x rays I’m sorry I’m out.
