About Dr. Harry He
Doctor Harry He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California. He then completed three additional years of training in Periodontics and implant surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. With close to 20 years of dental experience, he manages complex cases with ease, including severe periodontal diseases, rampant caries, wisdom teeth extractions, and full mouth implant-supported reconstructions.
Dr. He serves as a dental officer in the US Army and has been mobilized to several states to assist underserved local communities and service members. He resides in Newark, DE. During his spare time, he enjoys meditation, yoga, running, and gardening.

I was expecting to see Dr. Harry but someone else did the job. My teeth are very sensitive but he was so rough and was aggressive with his hands as if the job was meant to be done in 15 minutes. But the staff in the front were friendly

Dr. He came in right away to see the x-rays the office took and went over them. He did not have much to say.
The technician was very efficient and more talkative and did a good job.

I was having a hard time, but the bedside manner of Doc's staff was incredible. He's a little rough, but he listens to you and helped me out big time. His staff went above and beyond to help me understand financial stuff and to make me feel comfortable and heard. Doc is great at what he does and very friendly.

Before I found Dr. He, in 2019, I went to a different office that tried to pressure me into getting a lot of procedures that I didn't agree with me. Dr. He was so pleasant and found that I needed only a few of those recommended procedures and was able to do it without Novocain! Fast forward to 2021 I was pleased to know that he remembered who I was having been there only ONCE! My new insurance covered only 50% of my services and Dr. He and his staff were very accommodating and patient with me. There isn't usually a wait when my appointment is scheduled which lets me know that his staff manages accordingly.

He’s very thorough and my mouth always feels great after I see him. He sometimes is a bit hard to understand between his accent and the face mask but he will take the time to explain to you what you need to improve your dental health. He’s very kind and more importantly does good work.

This was my first visit to Dr. He's office, he was thorough, answered all my questions and the procedure was not long and drawn out. Dr. He has an excellent bedside manner, I appreciated him seeing me on short notice. I would go back to see him for all my dental care needs.
