“I don't love that this review form commingles my experience with Dr. Gupta and my experience with Zocdoc. To be clear, Dr. Gupta was amazing. She was thorough, kind, patient, and explained things clearly showing me both X-rays and close up images. 10 of 10 for Dr. Gupta!
Zocdoc is a problem--you are led to believe you are actually booking an appointment, however, it's only a vague proxy for availability and evidently requires the office to confirm (which they didn't). Despite receiving multiple confirmations from Zocdoc, when I phoned Dr. Gupta's office to ask a question, I learned that a ball was dropped between Zocdoc and the office and I did NOT have an appt despite the clear confirmation texts and emails. The office accommodated me at a later time, however it inconvenienced me. All the info I provided to Zocdoc also didn't pass through to the office, so I had to provide all of my medical info again, via my phone, which took 15 min.
Beware the Zocdoc! Dr. Gupta is great!”

“Had a stellar experience with Dr. Gupta! She clearly walked me through the ins and outs of the procedure beforehand and had all my questions answered. She ensured I was totally comfortable throughout the procedure. Not only did she work fast and efficiently but her skill and proficiency were also evident. In many dental experiences I’ve had in the past, the doctor has to spend time iterating on their work, especially correcting the bite, but Dr. Gupta had me in and out in no time with superb results. Highly recommend! ”

I scheduled an appointment on 12/16/24, when I got to the office the girls at the front desk couldn’t find my name, then they told me that my appointment was moved to January 16, they never told me the reason why they had moved the appointment, they never notified me ither not by phone , text or email, about the change, I was upset and disappointed by the way they went about it, and it was cold and a rainy day and I went there for nothing , I didn’t appreciate the way they treat their patients and for sure I’ll never going back to them or will never recommend them to anybody,,

I had an excellent first appointment with Dr. Gupta. It had been 2 years since I got my teeth cleaned because of COVID concerns, and I was nervous about how my teeth and gums were doing. Dr. Gupta was great at explaining to me step-by-step what she was doing, where her concerns were, and gave me a reasonable treatment plan. An added bonus was that the chair was really comfortable, and she provided me with an iPad with Netflix to distract me during the cleaning!

Outstanding service! Dr. Gupta goes above and beyond to make sure patients are happy and comfortable. Dr. Gupta has a great sense of humor and is very friendly. When I'm in Dr. Gupta's dental chair my mind is always at ease. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They take customer service to a level of excellence. I'm currently finishing my Invisilign treatment and couldn't be more pleased with the results thus far. I also take advantage of their monthly insurance program. The program is very affordable and covers routine visits, x-rays, and cleanings. If you need any dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Gupta. I've never be so happy to go to the dentist before Dr. Gupta.

My visit with Dr. Gupta at Vaksman Dental went incredibly well.
The staff at the office were friendly af, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had in regards to my current visit as well as future visits. They ran me through a dental plan with multiple options that fit my concerns and most importantly my budget.
Dr. Gupta treated me with the utmost care during my visit, and I surprisingly left with no mouth pain or soreness!
Having just recently moved out to California, it can be scary finding a new dental office, and the people at Vaksman Dental were absolutely wonderful to work with.
I'll certainly be returning for future dental appointments!
