As usual, someone contacted me and asked me to confirm my appointment, which I did. Later, I received another call informing me that their office was temporarily closed due to construction and that I was required to visit a different clinic in North Hollywood. Despite the significant distance, I agreed and arrived on time. Upon arrival, I was informed that my insurance was not accepted and that I would have to pay out of pocket. When I asked about the cost of a single tooth extraction. I was in severe pain and under the impression that my insurance would be accepted, but due to this unexpected and unreasonable cost, I was forced to leave without receiving treatment
