About Dr. Iman Marashi
Dr. Iman Marashi is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating, he was selected to attend the 2-year Residency in General Dentistry at UT Health San Antonio, also known as the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. During this residency, he received advanced training in various areas of dentistry, including intravenous sedation, implant surgeries, endodontics, prosthodontics, and esthetic dentistry.
Each year, Dr. Marashi greatly exceeds the dental board's required continuing education hours. He has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education within the last two years. He was on track to receive his AGD Fellowship in 2022, a distinction earned by fewer than 6% of dentists.
Dr. Marashi strives to provide patients with the most up-to-date dental care by using the latest scientifically proven techniques, materials, and procedures. In addition to offering high-quality comprehensive general dentistry, he has a special interest in implant-retained fixed prosthetics (All-on-4) and same-day smile makeovers.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Texas Dental Association, and the San Antonio component of the AGD.
Dr. Marashi has also completed a dental hygiene degree and one year of a non-degree master's program. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and baby boy, going to the gym, running, and cycling.

My first impression was how modern, functional and clean the lobby and offices were. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. Offices were well organized and comfortable. The most modern and up-to-date equipment. The staff and dentist explained everything - took care of my needs, made recommendations for treatment and discussed all of the finances.
This is the most organized and professional dentist office I have ever visited.

I was extremely grateful for Dr.Marashi. I went in as a new guest and was having extreme pain in my tooth that had a previous root canal. Prior to seeing him, I went to my original dentist who couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my tooth and sent me off. When I saw Dr.Marashi, he was extremely welcoming and professional. He told me right away he knew what it was from my x-rays.(infection) If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have known what was causing the pain!! I’m so grateful he took the time look deeper into what was going on. Also, the office is beautiful and super clean! Loved the front staff as well. Highly recommend! :)

I was able to book a same next day appointment to fix a chipped tooth. Most offices had a 2-3 week wait. If they were not out of network I would definitely stay, but its too expensive to pay full price for dental services.

The entire staff is amazing!!! From start to finish I was at ease. They had all of the paperwork I filled out online, they had me as a brand new patient in and out in approximately 90 min from x-ray to treatment plan to walking out the door. Highly highly highly recommend.

I got an extraction done and it was one of the least painful procedure EVER. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I couldn’t believe when he told me the procedure was over. Definitely recommended my friends and family.

My third visit and this clinic keeps up to what promised. Dr. Marashi took care of me this time he removed all the cavities, filled them and voila I didn’t feel anything. When I asked him that interés any way to correct some of my teeth edges he kindly filled those edges with high quality composites. The color, texture and everything is so natural that I can’t believe they’re composites. Thanks to DR. Marashi for bringing my smiles back ????????

Doctor Marashi was very thorough with explaining the treatment that I needed and it was a pleasant experience. I did my implant with him, and it went so smoothly. I am so happy with the result. I would go back to visit him for other dental work.

Such an amazing dental experience! I’m a dentist myself and very picky about my dental needs! Let me just say this office is out of this world! Everyone has such Wonderful attitude and the office itself is top notch !I drive 3 hours to come see Dr.Marashi and Ghanizadeh. I have never seen so much heart in an office!would recommend this place 100%.THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
