“They explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was nice and reassuring. I went in for a dental cleaning and they really cleaned my teeth unlike some past dental offices where the cleaning was 2 minutes. They gave me tips and really seem like they want to help their patients. ”

Compared to my previous dentist, the teeth cleaning was not as thorough (still some tartar visible) and X-rays were uncomfortable and took longer. They offered me treatments that weren't covered by insurance but didn't explain why, or if there were alternatives, so I just hesitantly accepted. I don't regret it; I just wish they were more informative. Gave me a bunch of verbal directions that I have trouble remembering, would have been better written down.
