About Dr. Irina Frolov
Dr. Irina Frolov graduated in 1995 from Medical University in Kharkiv, Ukraine, with a diploma in general dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the College of Dentistry at New York University in 2014.
Irina was greatly inspired by her grandmother, who was also a dentist. She still has her grandma’s beloved tools of the trade—ask her, and she will show them to you with pride!
Irina’s motto is “Listen carefully to your patients’ concerns.”
She is also very excited for her son, Alex, to join her practice next year.
Irina has had many patients follow her from office to office until finding her home in Trevose. This special loyalty is something not many dentists encounter in their careers.
Our office philosophy keeps patients at the center. We don’t just talk about this philosophy—we demonstrate it. We are not a factory; we know our patients by name!
Dr. Frolov loves her work, assisting others in saying goodbye to mouth pain and hello to the smiles they’ve always wanted.
Her office slogan is “Modern dentistry in gentle hands.” This concept is not some marketing company’s creation but her own. Dr. Frolov is constantly learning and has gained many formal certificates and acknowledgments along the way.

The dentist was very pretentious and after she told me I needed the get mouth surgery and a lot of fillings (which might not be covered by insurance) she was promoting her teeth whitening kit. It was just very abrupt and surprising and she was literally pitching it to me like it was a commercial break. I hated it. All she cares about is money- not her patients. Never again.

Even though they were unable to accept my particular dental insurance, they made every effort to help me with what was a dental emergency. The doctor also provided me with clear options and a good explanation of the problem and chances of success (for each treatment option). James at the front desk also was very kind and helpful, not only with contacting my insurance company but also patiently explaining what my options were.
