What a pleasant experience at Dr. Chan’s office for my first visit! Everyone was so friendly. I went in for what I thought was a minor issue, but because I lost my longtime dentist who retired during COVID, it had been quite a while since my teeth and gums were examined. I did end up with some major dental work to be done, and I was a bit nervous about it all. Dr. Chan and his assistant quelled my fears completely and came up with a treatment plan that made the whole experience a lot less scary. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ivan Chan and his entire staff was so incredibly kind, comforting, and knowledgeable. They were all so accommodating to my fears that I have of the dentist and did everything they could to make me comfortable. I had a great experience and honestly look forward to my next cleaning. The office also has an incredible view that is amazing to look at during your appointment.

First of all I am terrified of the dentist! I hadn’t been in a while but decided to get a tooth looked at that had been bothering me. I was greeted by the friendly front office staff Jennifer and Marci. Dr. Chan was extremely friendly and kind. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered my questions. This is the first time I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at a dental office. I know exactly what I need now and I’m looking forward to coming here again!

Let me start by telling you that I am new to the area. Just after a week of moving into the neighborhood I found myself looking for a dentist. I had a dental emergency and had NO idea where to go. One of my neighbors recommended this dental office. Making an appointment submitting new patient forms and checking my insurance was fast and easy. Dr.Chan and his team took care of me. If you need a dentist, I recommend Dr.Chan !

I had my Invisalign consultation with Dr. Chan today and it was very eye opening. The 3D itero scan not only showed me how my teeth were crowding but I was also able to see the cavities and work that needed to be done. Dr. Chan was a great listener and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I’m excited to start my Invisalign journey and get those cavities taken care of!
Overall I definitely recommend this office. Super friendly staff and comfortable environment. Didn’t feel like I was pressured into anything that I didn’t need. Very happy experience!
