Awful experience! I was removing my braces and since I wasn’t 100% sure if it’s gonna happen today I had to schedule last minute dental cleaning which I did through the Zocdoc . I received a text message ( before noon ) to confirm my appointment, which I did . I receive the 2nd message right after saying that my appt. will start soon . I drove to the office and after knocking multiple times on the locked door Doctor himself opened it and said -well we never confirmed it I told my assistant to call you. I was trying to show him the text message ( I never received the call btw) but he totally ignored me and he went to call his assistant and pushed me a piece of paper to write my phone so she can schedule me another time . He didn’t care that I came for nothing , kept repeating that she was supposed to call me to cancel ( it was 20 mins prior scheduled appointment), never genuinely apologized, totally dismissed me. If he was sincere I wouldn’t be that offended but he was unprofessional
