Dr. Jacqueline Aguilar is a children’s dentist with over 25 years of experience helping kids feel confident, brave, and excited about their smiles! She graduated from Columbia University in New York City and has cared for families all across the country. Early in her career, she practiced in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York—where she even ran her own dental offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. There, she cared for both kids and adults and became specially trained in Oral, IV, and Nitrous Oxide sedation to help even the most nervous patients feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Aguilar’s passion for caring for children and patients with special needs grew even stronger when she joined a health center in New York dedicated to individuals with unique medical and developmental needs. From children with Autism or traumatic brain injuries to patients with Cerebral Palsy, Huntington’s disease, and more, she has spent many years creating safe, positive dental experiences for kids of all abilities. For the past 16 years, Dr. Aguilar has focused her career on caring for children in community clinics, Indian Health Services, and pediatric dental practices. In 2021, she returned home to Los Angeles, where she continues to provide gentle, compassionate care—especially for underserved and multicultural families. Dr. Aguilar believes every child deserves a bright, healthy smile—and a dental visit that feels friendly, safe, and encouraging. She looks forward to welcoming young patients at West Coast Dental and Magicland Dental. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Aguilar enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the sunny sights of Southern California.
