About Dr. Jacqueline Dikansky
Smile Out Loud Pediatric Dentistry is a brand new, cutting-edge pediatric dentistry practice. Smile Out Loud is equipped with the newest tools, innovative materials, TVs on ceilings, and implements minimally invasive techniques and procedures. Your child will have a fun and empowering experience!
Dr. Jacqueline Dikansky is a board-certified pediatric dentist whose special brand of compassionate and personalized care helps children feel comfortable and empowered at their dentist visits. Her favorite compliment is when parents tell her their children couldn’t wait to come see her, because she strives to make their visits fun. Her goal is for each child to leave the office feeling proud, accomplished, and excited to return.
A Brooklyn native, Dr. Dikansky completed an accelerated BA-DDS program at New York University. She graduated from dental school with honors in pediatric dentistry and received the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Student Award, given to a single senior student who shows the most promise in pediatric dentistry.
After graduating dental school, Dr. Dikansky completed an additional two-year specialty training program in pediatric dentistry at Yale University. She completed two extra board exams, to become a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the highest distinction available in the field. Dr. Dikansky regularly attends continuing education seminars, has trained several junior dentists, and has lectured about the benefits of minimally invasive care.
After over 6 years of working for some of the most prominent pediatric dentists in New York City, Dr. Dikansky decided to open Smile Out Loud Pediatric Dentistry!
When not at the office, Dr. Dikansky enjoys baking, fitness classes, travel, and dancing. Fun fact: She was a competitive ballroom dancer for 13 years, which took her all over the world!

I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Jacqueline Dikansky and her staff were during my toddler's first dental appointment. The moment we walked in, their smiles and warm greeting instantly put us at ease. Dr. Dikansky's professionalism and gentle approach made all of our worries as first-time parents disappear. I am so grateful for the great experience we had and will not be taking my child anywhere else for their dental care. They have gained a patient for life, at least until my toddler turns 18. Thank you to the incredible staff for making this experience so positive and memorable!
