About Dr. Jade Mallett
Dr. Mallett was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff on a full soccer scholarship. Dr. Mallett continued her studies at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. In the pursuit to better serve patients, she furthered her education with an advanced general practice residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital before planting roots in Texas. Dr. Mallett has been practicing dentistry since 2018 with a patient centered approach, bringing a vast amount of experience from simple fillings to veneers to complex extractions. She focuses on comprehensive care while providing top of the line service in a calm and comfortable setting. Outside of the office, Dr. Mallett enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Game nights and movies nights are her favorite!

I have had the same dentist for 8 years since I relocated to DFW. My dentist does not perform Endo work. I found this office on Zocdoc, and decided to book the appt. I was impressed with Ms Alana at the front desk. She was kind, considerate and helpful. The office staff was very pleasant as well. The atmosphere was inviting and calming. I was already anxious, in pain and overwhelmed. Not to mention I had 2 insurance policies so I had a bit of a wait for verification, but it wasn’t in vain. I was alerted every step of the way and informed if anything changed. I initially went in for a consultation but I was in pain and was able to be seen that day…WOOW??. Dr. Mallett was very professional and forthcoming. I didn’t have to ask any questions as I was informed unscripted or prompted. I am overall pleased and will definitely continue doing business here and sending referrals. I’m usually Leary on changing or using new providers but this was an excellent choice.
