Dr. Jae Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea, and but was raised and grew up in Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Following undergraduate studies, Dr. Jae pursued a passion for dentistry, earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia. After realizing his passion for working with children, Dr Jae pursued his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at NYU Langone in Brooklyn. Committed to treating each patient with the same level of care and attention as family, Dr. Jae emphasizes trust, transparency, education, and empathy in practice. He enjoys helping young patients get an early start on healthy oral development and making sure everyone has a great experience. Dr Jae also has passion for food – during his time, he likes to visit new restaurants and enjoys cooking for his family and friends. During his free time, he also enjoys watching basketball, running outside, doing photography and spending time with his newly born nephew.
