It was a nice office in a really run down office building. The dental assistant took poor quality xrays/photos & seemed pretty arrogant. The dentist was poor at communicating the issues and wasn’t really concerned about verifying anything. They looked at my teeth like dollar signs and over recommended work instead of taking a calculated approach.

The office is comfortable and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating. Scheduling was easy and I appreciated that they followed up to confirm and let me know how to park and find the office.

Truly the BEST doctor's experience I've ever had!! Friendliest staff (Amanda made my whole day) and wonderful care. Came in for a chipped tooth and felt so well communicated and cared for - and the best part? My tooth feels (and looks) great! Thank you so much to this entire team. Cannot recommend enough!

Everything was great! Saw Dr. Jim for a cleaning and he identified some areas of concern. The practice got me scheduled for a follow-up appointment right away. So happy this location opened close to my home!

I haven’t been to the Dentists in quite some time and the doctor was very effective in the way that he worked at my teeth and gave me advice on how to improve on my oral health. Very kind, professional, and trusting, which is always great to see!

Dr. Ballesteros was so kind and listened to all my concerns. I have high dental anxiety and this office was perfect for me. The office itself is so calming and beautiful and the people are so welcoming! I definitely found my dentist for life!

Doc was prompt to the appointment time and showed a genuine interest in my care. I was super comfortable on the chair and he had me relaxed the whole time. Would highly recommend!

I love going to see Dr. Ballesteros! He’s super professional, extremely experienced, and treats you like a longtime friend— I’ve been looking for a dentist that’s genuinely invested in my health and I’ve definitely found it here. Will be back in 6 months for sure!
