“The staff were amazing. Haley who took my x-rays was great usually x-rays are boring and dreaded but she made them fun and she was super funny. I didn’t feel judged for the state of my teeth at all which is amazing because that’s one of the things that usually makes me stay away from the dentist. My anxiety was acknowledged and accepted and solutions were given rather than my last dentist who told me it was all in my head and to just deal with it. I went in knowing vaguely what to expect as far as my teeth and previous work but not where they were currently since I stopped seeing a dentist when previous insurance ended and my new one started over a year prior. I was not disappointed with my options for treatment and in fact multiple were given that allow me to choose the right one for me. For once I’m actually not dreading the dentist which is huge although I still dread the work that will need done getting into the office is a huge deal and that because of the staff is now easier.”

“I scheduled what was advertised as a cleaning appointment through Zocdoc. I took time off work and rearranged my schedule to make the appointment. When I arrived, the office performed a dentist exam and multiple X-rays that were billed to my insurance, but I was then told I could not actually receive a cleaning because there were no hygienist appointments available for months.
After expressing my concerns, the office squeezed me into a cleaning appointment. Unfortunately, that appointment was then canceled the day before because the hygienist called out.
This entire process has been frustrating and disappointing. I have now used my annual exam benefit, spent time attending appointments, rearranged my work schedule multiple times, and still have not received the routine cleaning I originally scheduled. ”

Didn’t clean my teeth because they were short on staff. Took my X rays and then proceeded to tell me I needed a tooth removed within the first 5 minutes. Then the person behind the desk tried to hard sell me to book the appointment for the removal and that I needed all this extra stuff as well. I demanded a pre authorization first which she seemed annoyed about. Said she’d call me in a week about pre auth. Been almost a month and haven’t heard back. They place is all around bad vibes. Stay away
