crazy appointment they wait till last minute to my appoint to inform me that they not accept my health insurance. why don't they find out @ the first place so i am not losing time for week to wait for my important health issue so bad a management of this dental clinic.

Didn’t clean my teeth because they were short on staff. Took my X rays and then proceeded to tell me I needed a tooth removed within the first 5 minutes. Then the person behind the desk tried to hard sell me to book the appointment for the removal and that I needed all this extra stuff as well. I demanded a pre authorization first which she seemed annoyed about. Said she’d call me in a week about pre auth. Been almost a month and haven’t heard back. They place is all around bad vibes. Stay away
