“?? A Truly Exceptional Dental Experience! ??
My daughter and I were both extremely anxious about visiting a dentist again after a truly horrible experience at a previous practice.
The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, with soothing 80s music playing in the background (yes, I even caught myself humming along!).
ARI, who handled my cleaning, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What touched me most was how comfortable my daughter felt—she even said, “This was WAY, better than the last place that chipped my tooth and didn’t even say sorry.” That alone says everything.
To Dr. Vette and the entire team: Thank you for restoring our faith in dental care. Please, don’t ever change—keep being the fabulous team you were today. I will absolutely be recommending this practice to everyone, especially those who, like me, struggle with dental anxiety.

Dr. James A. Vette, DDS, a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, has been providing comprehensive dental services to the Germantown, MD community since 1986. We offer comfortable treatment in a pleasant environment, and our staff delivers quality, reliable dental care you can trust.
We take the time with each patient to ensure they receive the best dental care possible. Our team also handles insurance claims and communicates with insurance companies regarding complex treatments. Emergency dental care is available. For over 20 years, we have proudly served Northern Montgomery County, including Germantown, Gaithersburg, Olney, and Rockville.

First I did not have to wait and checked in right a way and even it was my first visit, I did not have to take many X-Rays. Dr. Vette checked where pain was and what I needed for that check up and when I left, I felt good. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was pretty comfortable that was feel like I have been there long time. I wish I visit them sooner.
