About Dr. Jason Tesoriero

I was born and raised in Staten Island, New York, and graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2014. While at NYU, I wasn’t planning on becoming a pediatric dentist until my very last semester in dental school. It was while I was treating a small child with a big smile that my outlook on dentistry changed. Although crowns, veneers, and root canals still interested me, I quickly realized the real magic of dentistry begins with children. I applied to specialize in pediatrics and in 2016, I completed my pediatric dental residency program at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, NY. While there, I treated hundreds of children and served as Chief Resident. Since then, I’ve treated thousands of children in and around Monmouth County. It’s my goal to provide a unique, fun approach to dentistry and hopefully leave your child as inspired as I was after treating my first pediatric patient! When I’m not zapping sugar bugs with sleepy water, I love spending time with my beautiful wife and two young daughters. I have a passion for all things outdoors, especially fishing along the coast of New Jersey!
