About Dr. Jeff McMinn

Dr. Jeff McMinn was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. While attending Idaho State, He met his wife Maja and they were married prior to his graduating. He attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry in 2002. He continued his education in Pittsburgh, doing his orthodontic residency at the University of Pittsburgh. While in Pittsburgh He and his wife had 2 children.Dr. McMinn and his family returned to Pocatello in 2005 when he joined the Idaho Orthodontics office working alongside Dr. Eric Johnson. He has loved working at Idaho Orthodontics and looks forward to working there for many years to come. Since joining Idaho Orthodontics, he and his wife have added two more children to their family.Dr. McMinn and Maja stay busy supporting their 4 children in their various activities. They can usually be found at the soccer fields, volleyball courts, basketball courts or on the mountain bike trails. They both like to volunteer to help their children’s teams. When free time can be found, Dr. McMinn enjoys being outdoors. During summer and fall he spends as much time as he can either mountain biking or road biking. He also enjoys water sports such as waterskiing. In the winter he enjoys staying active on the ski slopes.
