About Dr. Jefferson Tyler Henthorn
Dr. Henthorn attended the University of Texas Health Houston School of Dentistry in Houston where he obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. While there, Dr. Henthorn leveraged the nation’s leading dental school research program to advance his knowledge in CAD/CAM dental technology as well as was awarded for his academic performance and excellence in endodontics and digital restorations.
Dr. Henthorn continues improving himself by learning new techniques through continuing education in general dentistry. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Endodontics, Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the New York Dental Association. With this background, Dr. Henthorn aims to create a welcoming and family-oriented environment for the patients Smile Lab serves to foster lasting bonds and, by extension, better care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tyler enjoys spending time training for IRONMAN triathlons and marathons, reading anything high fantasy, and volunteering for local races in New York, IRONMAN Texas, and even the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Having negative experiences at previous dental offices made me nervous to attend my appointment today. I was immediately greeted with a smile & kind personality from Dr. Tyler. He made me feel so comfortable & explained my treatment plan in such detail. Today’s visit made me excited to come back & finally get my smile back!

This place is amazing for the whole family! We all had appointments and the experience was smooth and enjoyable for everyone, from my 2 teenager sons to me and my husband. Dr. Tyler is fantastic and truly knows how to make patients feel comfortable.
