About Dr. Jeffrey Schoenberg
Dr. Schoenberg received his D.D.S. degree at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. Before entering private practice, he completed his General Practice Residency at the New York Presbyterian- Weill Cornell Medical Center. He then joined his father in the practice of general restorative and aesthetic dentistry in Rockefeller Center. With a recent interest and study in Sleep Apnea, he has been awarded a Qualified Dentist designation from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Being a current Fellow of the New York Academy of Dentistry, and member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, New York County Dental Society, and Manhattan Dental Study Club (past president), he attempts to be involved in his professional community.
Dr. Schoenberg tries to maintain a professional balance between recommended dental treatment and a patient’s desires. He is aware that everybody is different, and believes in structuring his treatment to assess the needs and feelings of each patient.
As a dedicated father, Dr. Schoenberg enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an active hiker and skier, enjoys traveling, and plays the guitar.

By and far the best dentist I have been too in my life. I was seen quickly, my emergency situation was dealt with right away, he we gentle, patient, and explained everything he was doing. The office and staff were pristine.

Pretty much the best dentist experience I've ever had - even though I needed 5 fillings. I got no lectures from the hygenist (a first) and Dr. Schoenberg made the entire experience quite literally very painless.

Literally the best Dentist I've ever been to.
I've never had a Dentist do the cleaning him/herself instead of a Dental Hygienist. I asked about an elective procedure, and he gave me options and offered to follow up with some research on the best method. He didn't just push me towards the easiest or most expensive option like I've had before.
I fit my cleaning in before work. They had me in a chair as soon as I finished my paperwork.

Both Dr. Schoenberg and his hygienist Angela were really nice and helpful. They had me in and out in under an hour and my teeth felt great afterwards. It was a really pleasant experience, which isn't something I normally say about going to the dentist.

Was great. The only thing was I guess they did some higher cost x-rays, etc that I wasn't aware of before hand so the cost was a bit higher than expected. Probably necessary though

I was extremely happy with this first visit! When I arrived, I did not have to wait for more than 15 minutes (this is including the time it took for me to fill out my medical information as a new patient). The office is also very clean, and the staff are polite and friendly.
Dr. Schoenberg is a true expert in dentistry who took the time to answer my questions, share his observations, and explain his consequent procedure recommendations. At the same time, he was not condescending and treated me as an educated patient who had done her research (which I had). I've already recommended him to my friends, and am excited that I've hit the jackpot with a new dentist!

Dr. Schoenberg was friendly and was great at listening to my concerns. He as geeat at explaining his rationale for every decision and concern (or lack thereof). He was meticulous and thorough with my clenaing.

Everyone in the office was so nice and professional. Dr. Schoenberg was fantastic. He shared a lot of great preventative care tips and was good at explaining things. The women at the front desk were helpful re:insurance questions and very pleasant. My hygienist, Angela, did an excellent job cleaning and was very patient. I've already recommended the team to my friends!

Friendly and thorough, did a great job with my cleaning -- was great to have Dr. Schoenberg do the cleaning himself! Office is well run and Luvi (at the front desk) is delightful. She made sure to check the fine print on my insurance so I wasn't double charged.

Prior to seeing Dr. Schoenberg, I avoided the dentist because I believed my teeth were beyond repair. In the year I have been his patient, my teeth are much-improved, I know how to care for them, and I am working toward having a great smile. He is knowledgeable, and he has me no longer dreading my trip to the dentist.

Dr. Shoenberg is great. He is very professional and makes you feel at ease if you are nervous. He took his time with me and I had full confidence in him. His receptionists and the hygienist Wanda were all great as well.

Very good chair-side manner. Was willing to take the time to explain things. Office up to date (e.g., true digital x-rays). Didn't try to up-sell treatments of dubious value. Definitely coming back.
