Excellent. Helpful and polite staff. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was thorough and professional. Dr. Martin came by after to go though my teeth health - she was very personable, and took the time to talk we through everything.

Incredibly friendly staff in Dr. Martin's office. The receptionist took the time to walk me through the paperwork, which I very much appreciated as this was the first time I've visited a dentist in the NYC area. Dr. Martin took the time to address my specific dental concerns and give me an honest, straightforward opinion. Very respectful, very friendly. The office was very neat and quiet - exam rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Dr. Martin has been in practice since 2000, and has been with Central Park West Dentistry since 2004. Her main focus is to provide her patients with quality dentistry in a compassionate and comfortable manner. Her ability to establish genuine patient relationships is evident by her loyal following. She received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2000. During her four years there, she conducted an independent study on patient compliance and post operative therapy. She went on to present her research at the International Association of Dental Research and the Greater New York Dental Meeting.
In 2001, she completed a residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital providing comprehensive care to patients with special needs. She remains committed to community service and has served on the Advisory Board of the non-profit organization, The Women's Venture Fund and on the Executive Board of her daughter's nursery school. She lives with her family in Brooklyn and in her spare time can be found practicing yoga, baking elaborate cakes and reading historical fiction.

I hated this practice much to my surprise after receiving various recommendations and reading high praise on here. They made me wait for liek 20-30 minutes, then I sat on the chair for like 5 minutes before their financial person came in and asked me for all the money upfront. I had called before and wanted to discuss prices but they said they would call me back and never did, so I was really alarmed. They then let me leave without the procedure because we couldn't reach an agreement. Awful awful service.

I'm a physician myself. CPW is great and runs a great dental practice. They've done a terrific job training their staff - from the administrators at the front to the hygienists, every step is well explained. The pricing is all transparent and disclosed up front.
Dr Martin was affable and very reasonable about coming up with a suitable treatment plan.
I have no complaints, and see no reason not to recommend Dr Martin and CPW to anybody.
