Dr. Jeremy Chan was born and raised in Phoenix and graduated from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After completing residency in Tucson, AZ, at the El Rio Community Health Center, he returned to the Phoenix metropolitan area to practice dentistry. Providing patients with a comfortable and positive experience is Dr. Chan’s highest priority. He and our team are excited to use our skills to provide you with the quality dental care you need for great oral health. He looks forward building a lasting relationship with you! When he’s away from the office, Dr. Chan loves spending time with family and friends. He especially enjoys watching movies, bouldering, and rock climbing.
