Dr. Jesse Small is an accomplished cosmetic and general dentist providing expert dental services for the Lower Manhattan community. He is highly trained and proficient in managing all dental procedures, including: cosmetic treatments, implants, root canals, gum surgeries, tooth extractions, and dental surgeries.
Dr. Small earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (Boston, MA). He also holds active memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association. Dr. Small believes that knowledge empowers patients and hence, actively engages in educating his patients about their oral health.
During his consultations, Dr. Small explains patients’ conditions and helps them choose an appropriate treatment plan. He takes pride in providing patients with dental care that best suits their oral needs and does his best to make sure that patient visits are comfortable and enjoyable.

My visit to this office was a huge blessing. I traveled a little over an hour from NY to NJ and I must say it was well worth it. Dr. Smalls has great bedside manner and was very patient. The hygienist Nathalia was also great. I’m glad I came to this office and I actually am looking forward to my next visit. Everyone here was super friendly and welcoming. The office is super clean. There was also a television mounted on the ceiling so you can relax while you’re getting your dental work done. I love love love everything about this office and the people here. Thank you again Dr. Smalls for getting my teeth all the way together. I truly appreciate you and the rest of the staff.

The provider did not inform me that they were not in network with my insurance company even though I discussed my insurance plan, and provided the details of it to them, before my first appointment.

I took my 3 year old to be seen at this office for his first dental visit. The entire staff was very friendly and patient with him. The office was clean and modern. There was a TV on the ceiling for my son to keep him distracted, and a toy and sticker as a prize for being a “great patient.” It was an overall positive experience for him. He still talks about his visit to this day. I highly recommend Dr. Smalls and his staff, especially for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

The staff at Palisades dental was WONDERFUL. The front desk was completely friendly, Natalia was an awesome hygienist, and Dr. Small was knowledgable and understanding. Definitely returning every 6 months!

Dr. Small came up huge today. I had soreness/throbbing on my lower left and Sky Dental took me in and was very courteous & professional. Dr. Small's work & manners were warm & confident. He explained everything he did & made me feel reassured. I def recommend Dr. Small & Sky Dental.
