Most relevant

I called on a Monday morning to inquire if this location accepted my insurance. Luckily they did. I also asked specifically if tooth extraction were preformed on site as I was looking to have my cavity removed & a cleaning done. The receptionist confirmed the extraction & dental cleaning were available. Even offered a same day appointment. I opted to schedule an appointment for Wednesday of the same week. Only to arrive for them to tell me the specialist who does extractions was actually on vacation. I called ahead to avoid this particular inconvenience. I was left in the room as they service 2 other dental cleanings for people who arrived after my scheduled appointment. I was able to walk out the establishment with out anyone noticing. They called me after 10-15 mins after my departure stating they never scheduled me in for a cleaning.
