The dentist Jinous Hassanein, DMD
who I booked the appointment with was not available. Instead they had someone else who was not very pleasant. They insisted that they can proceed with dental cleaning only after taking X rays. This was conveyed to me after reaching the office.
I already had previous x rays. I am also a physician myself and I am of the opinion that use of radiation should be minimized unless really warranted. Because of the their impolite behavior, I cancelled appointments for myself and my wife. This is totally unprofessional and unethical.

They started to try to book a "free consultation" for invislign before even having me open my mouth.
They insisted on taking full-mouth x-ray even though I told them I have taken one already in the past two year. (insurance won't cover the additional). They didn't bother letting me know before the appointment and just blamed online booking despite the fact that through online booking I filled out all the required documentations.
I left with the impression that they care more about the profit and having their liability covered than providing care to their patients. I will never go back again or recommend them to anyone else.

This was the first dentist I had seen after graduating college and moving out of my hometown, and it couldn't have been a better experience. The dental hygenist was gentle, friendly, and informative; the dentist I met with was great. ADA-accessible restrooms, accessible from the bus lines, and a clean and comfortable office.

Given all the good reviews I read about this practice, I was quite disappointed with the Dr's approach to patient care. Dr. Hossanein was condescending, and I felt belittled by the manner in which she spoke to me. I do not know if that is how she speaks to all her patients, but, it was very unapproachable.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 5+ years. The staff was friendly and kind. They performed the basic cleaning well. I signed up for a deep cleaning since I haven't given my teeth much attention. So far so good!

My visit with Jinous Hassanein did so much to calm my nerves. She took the time to talk through my anxiety of being there, and worked with me on a treatment plan, making sure I understood each step.

Just outstanding. First of all her staff is very polite. Dental assistant very skilled and lovely. The examination from the dentist was the most thorough I have ever received. I left the office really understanding the current state of my dental health due to the generous amount of time spent by Dr. Hassanein with me examining high resolution photography and explaining the rationale she uses to care for dentition as it is and as it is likely to be in the future. Seeing the issue from this perspective was very helpful. Highly recommend this dentist! Also, the office is decorated very prettily which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

This was my first visit to this practice and I enjoyed the experience. Everyone -- the front office, the assistants and the Dr. Hassanein -- was very courteous and genuinely happy to see me. And the actual cleaning/check up was pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Hassanein's "Premier Dental" practice.

The doctor is ok but they are very steep: 10 min to tell me she has to do a post for my tooth and she took one xray and one picture: two hundred and forty six . I decided not to do the work and the cement she placed on my crown to get it back in lasted one hour.
She did tell me it would not last. She was honest.

I have gone there a number of times. Generally they are great, though it is not a perfect system. I have had them take x-rays, where they tell me that I have more than 7 cavities that need to be filled, and then upon returning later, they said that I only had 2. Besides this scary discrepancy, they were great.

i changed dentists because I felt like my old dentist was getting too old and not keeping up with the times. Premier was just what I was looking for. Great dentist, great staff, great office overall.

My dentist has been amazing since my first visit at Premier. I neglected my teeth for years and finally got the courage to make an appointment. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and comfortable, not like any other dentist Ive been to in the past. Dr. Hassanein gave me three options to fix my teeth. I ended up getting the smile I wished I had! If someone is thinking about a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Hassanein. She is an artist so to speak and gave me back my smile.

Dr. Hassanein and Jennifer are such a great team! Before coming to Premier, I never had a good connection with my dentist. Dr. H makes me feel so at ease when I come in. Shes so personable and gentle. I love the decor of the office and the atmosphere is like you are sitting at a spa. Ive had three fillings and in the middle of a crown. Its crazy to say, but I dont mind coming to the dentist! The girls at the front desk are great. My hygienist 'Maybi' does a great job. Very happy with Premier.

The support staff was professional and friendly and took the time to explain the issues that came up during my cleaning. This was my first time visiting this practice, but after the one visit, I definitely trust them with my care in the future. Being nice and being good at what you do are two different things, but I feel like these guys managed to pull off both

I am usually very afraid to go the dentist, but it was different since day 1 with Premier Dental Care. All the staff and mainly Dr Hassanein made me feel comfortable and educated me when I had questions. Love this team!!
