About Dr. Jisu Lim
Dr. Jisu Lim entered the field of dentistry driven by her passion and desire for patient-centered care. She has been in private practice for almost ten years, serving populations in Boston and New York City. With a soft touch, attention to detail, and an honest and personable personality, Dr. Lim works with you to find the best treatments tailored to your needs, believing in the enhancement of oral health for overall health.
Dr. Lim received her bachelor's degree in Biology, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Pursuing higher education, she continued her studies at New York University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
A detail-oriented dentist, Dr. Lim is committed to advanced continuing education with a focus on cosmetic, implant, and facial esthetic dentistry. As a true believer that form and function should be one, she emphasizes that proper occlusion and alignment are not just for cosmetic appearance but also for a long-lasting smile and function that promote overall health. She completed the two-year intensive surgical and prosthetic implantology program at NYU College of Dentistry and served in a teaching position.

I had a lovely first visit with Dr. Lim. She noticed my sensitivity to cold on the intake form and proactively offered to apply a numbing cream, which made the cleaning much more comfortable.
She also repaired a chip in my tooth, taking extra care to match the natural color patterns so it blended in seamlessly. Every detail was handled with thoughtfulness and precision – very much recommend!

I came to the office for a emergency situation. The scheduling is very convenient and I like it that the office had hours on Sunday. Dr.Lim is very thorough during the examination and she is able to give very practical advice. She completed procedures efficiently. High recommend!

Can’t recommend her enough! She was extremely thorough during the cleaning and took extra time to help diagnose sensitivity I was having to cold liquids. Honestly have dealt with mostly subpar experiences at the dentist’s/doctor’s my whole life, but this made me actually want to go back and treat other issues.

I have been going to Dr. Lim for three times and she is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I told her about my concerns and she was able to make the right judgement, instead of giving me confusing information like the other dentists I had been the past few years(tried several dentists and they gave me confusing/incorrect diagnoses on my teeth). She just did fillings for my lower front teeth this week and they look flawless, I highly recommend Dr. Lim!

I was early on both my visits with Dr. Lim and she was already ready for me. There was no wait time! She is so sweet and knows what she’s doing! Any concern I had about my teeth was resolved on my second visit. The office was lovely and Dr. Lim explained everything with detail. I have tooth gems and she worked around them perfectly! 100% cleaning 100% Fill in. Would highly recommend??
