I am the proud owner and founder of Jet Boutique Orthodontics (JBO), an Invisalign-only specialty practice located in beautiful downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Simply put: We are best able to help the people we once were. We are our patients. Let me explain. For starters, I treated myself with both braces and Invisalign for a complete client perspective. It’s one thing to know the intricacies of treatment as a trained orthodontist, but it’s an entirely different experience to have lived it as a patient. There’s not a scenario a patient of ours can encounter that we are not fully prepared to anticipate and support. And if being my own orthodontic patient is not enough, I am a two-time childhood cancer survivor. The doctor-patient experiences I had during that awful time period left a profound impact on the way I approach empathetic and compassionate care for my patients. We want to have confidence that our doctor not only has the skill to help us solve our medical or dental problems, but that they can to do it with a human touch. That is what we stand for.
