About Dr. Jon Delsnyder

Dr. Delsnyder loves helping his patients realize new smiles as he gets to know them and their families. The lasting relationships he has created with each patient are one of the many reasons why dentistry is his passion. After completing his B.S. in Nursing from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada, he became a certified critical care nurse (CCRN) and worked in all areas of intensive care including open heart recovery, coronary care and the transplant ICU for more than 10 years. Dr. Delsnyder was awarded his Dentle Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He received the prestigious Horace Wells Award for dental anesthesiology. He’s a member of the American Association of Orofacial Pain. Dr. Delsnyder and his wife Olivia enjoy traveling in their free time.

Nice staff and dentist .

I didn't even see the guy I was scheduled to meet. They were late ti calling me back by 30 min and I was on my lunch break. Then the x ray tech spent almost 15 min doing different scans and thw dentist sat with me for 90 seconds. It wasn't even the man I was scheduled to see. Then I wasn't able to get a cleaning.

Such a waste of time. I took off work to get my checkup and teeth cleaned. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment that started at 10am, had already filled out all necessary paperwork online, and the dentist didn’t see me until 11:30am. Then after the dentist took less than 3 minutes looking at my teeth saying everything was ok, they told me the hygienist was running behind. I went to the bathroom for 3 minutes and they said, well she came in to clean your teeth but you were in the bathroom so she moved onto the next person. So they said I can wait longer or reschedule.

1. They canceled the first appointment until you arrive saying the called. However I have never received call from them and I still received the text and email remainder same day. 2. They did a full x-ray without any prior consent. 3. They tried to upsell with so called laser & irrigation, which is not covered by insurance. The laser treatment basically use red light to help remove bacterias and dead cells. The irrigation basically is an injection with Chlorhexidine. Those treatments are like the typical adds on you'd see on the car dealership - think about nitrogen tire fill priced at $199 which is free at Costco.
