I was very nervous about getting a root canal, but he was amazing and immediately put me at ease with clear explanations and a calming approach. The procedure was far more comfortable than I expected — virtually painless — and the staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout. I left the office relieved and grateful, and now my tooth feels perfect. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of dental care, especially if you’re worried about root canals. Quick appointment to schedule my root canal as recommended by the dentist. Just a minor discrepancy with billing and insurance that still needs to be resolved (my insurance company informed me it was in coverage, as did reception on booking, yet after the quick consultation I was billed, and then informed by my insurance again I shouldn’t have been) waiting on the actual root canal surgery in the next week

I was looking for a place to do a retreatment of my root canal done more than 10years ago & found this one. The place is small but clean. The front desk are nice and the one who does insurance infront is very helpful. I had an appt with Dr. Kim, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I proceeded to choose him to do my root canal and he did a good job. I ddnt feel any pain at all even after the procedure even if he mentioned i will be in alot of pain afterwards. It was smooth, fast and he made sure i was comfortable.
The only reason im giving this a 4 star is bc of his dental asst I believe her name was Mae/May. She was very rough and rude on me which i dont know what i did. She just dumped that Heavy xray cover on top of me. I was startled. She also put the equipment inside my mouth very harshly during xray and during the procedure such as suctioning which made me very uncomfortable. That experience made me horrified and rethink if i wanan continue in this office.

Saw the doc to get a root canal and it was a very quick and pleasant experience end to end. He was very thorough numbing me up - which I appreciate because people have these horror stories of getting root canals done. Fingers crossed I won’t have to, but I’d happily come back if I needed another root canal.

Highly recommend! Wow! I have very bad dentist anxiety and the pain I feel is so real, Dr. Kim validated it and made sure I was comfortable. I was able to have a dreaded root canal with no pain during the procedure. He followed up after to see how I was doing and reminded me of follow up care. I waited to do the review to see how much pain I would be in a few days later. It has been almost a week and I have had mostly soreness and throbbing if I accidentally bite down with that tooth. The office was clean and bright. I was able to select a show to watch and his assistants were efficient and kind. They worked with my insurance and let me know if additional out of pocket costs. I have a big fear of dentists or anything that has to be done in my mouth. Dr. Kim made sure to explain the procedure and kept me calm throughout the root canal. I felt no pain at all during the root canal procedure and very minimal pain right after which is normal (but he will prescribe pain meds). Thanks again Dr. Kim!

I was amazed how comfortable your experience can be while getting a root canal! Dr. Kim uses state of the art equipments to help with his delicate jobs while doing procedures. The staff were very nice and the office was very clean, which is important during this sensitive time due to COVID. I recommend this place!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kim enough. He’s communicative, kind, and very knowledgeable. Once the treatment started, he checked in frequently to see if I was doing fine. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Kim and the staff were professional and caring. My general dentist told me that my tooth is complicated, but the root canal was finished very easily (and of course, absolutely painless) by Dr. Kim. I wish I had known him earlier for my other root canal!

Dr. Kim is very professional and delivers the best care. He patiently answered all my questions about my first root canal ever and delivered the treatment without any discomfort at all. I really liked the way that he strives for the perfectionist in his field. I easily get nervous seeing dentists, but I am confident that you would want to have continued service from him as well.
