Dr. Malinoff , was non judgmental and guided me in my first visit to the dentist in years . Made me feel very comfortable especially considering im scared of the dentist . came for a routine cleaning. The doctor and his associates spent 90% of the time talking to me about invisalign and about 10min on the actual cleaning - and it was the worst, most painful cleaning ever (I get my cleaning done 1-2 times a year and floss religiously, none of my prior cleaning hurt this much or caused this much bleeding). Unlike any of the dental cleaning that I have had in the past, this office didn't measure my gum, and they didn't offer fluoride treatment until I asked for it.

Terrible experience overall. Very clean and welcoming office feel. I came in for a routine annual checkup. Instead, they spent an hour and a half doing x-rays and trying to sell me on Invisalign. When I told them, "I would need to think about it. When am I getting my teeth cleaned?" The dentist barged into the room and tried rudely to sell me on Invisalign. I asked again to get my cleaning. They told me I'd have to wait and the cleaning would be an hour. Another person came in to get me to sign off that they gave me a consultation of services, "mistakenly" asking me to sign the sheet that stated I agreed to the Invisalign and deep cleaning payments... When I pointed it out, "Oh, sorry, I meant the consultation page." Lastly, I told them I wasn't waiting for the cleaning any longer and scheduled for another day. They tricked me into paying some money up front for the appointment, saying my insurance doesn't pay for everything...my insurance does pay for everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Top drawer from making an appointment, office reception, treatment, insurance acceptance, review of treatment plan moving forward and payment. I will be back next week for a bridge; no waiting for weeks. I have confidence in Dr. Malinoff and the staff here.

This was a great experience. My daughger was in California visiting and had a dental emergency. We were able to get her in right away byu scheduling online. I was able to call and talk with a staff about what we were looking for.
