About Dr. Joshua Rothenberg

Dr. Joshua Rothenberg received his doctorate of dental surgery and orthodontic training from New York University. Dr. Rothenberg is a member of the American Dental Association, The American Association of Orthodontists and is a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontists.
Dr. Rothenberg is dedicated to maintaining a reputation of excellence in orthodontics and maxillofacial orthopedics and stays current in all the latest techniques. He has lectured on orthodontics and Invisalign. Dr. Rothenberg will be joining the staff at Mather-St Charles Hospital, dental department. Dr. Rothenberg lives with his wife, Abbie and sons Ethan and Zachary on Long Island.

Horrible experience, went to the office and the staff told me we are closed even though I was early for my appointment. Then staff told me that doctor already left and basically tried to blame me for booking on zocdoc asking me why did you book thru them, followed by excuses maybe you didn’t book at this office. I showed text messages and even after they made excuses. Then the lady told me that we called you, I showed her my call history and there was no call or message. She then asked for my insurance, I gave her my id and she said that wasn’t enough and for me to call insurance to see if I have dental coverage. This is even after I showed her on the insurance app I do have dental coverage. She then suggested I visit another office, office workers messed up and have little to no communication skills. I still asked her when is the earliest appointment she said oh that won’t be for a while. Never saw the doctor,office needs to be adjusted stop blaming the patient for your mess up.

Office was very nice and inviting to my children, dr rothenberg was very nice and respectful and listened to our concerns and needs! Dental assistants were very friendly and even gave us a nice laugh!

Walked into the office ,The appearance was clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. The wait to see the doctor was about 10 mins. Overall it went well.

Very efficient office with plenty of staff to handle all the work. Dr. Rothenberg was very friendly introducing himself and explaining the process of diagnosis and treatment. I was surprised to have not waited more than a few minutes to get right into the treatment room.
