About Dr. Joy Ko
Dr. Joy Ko believes that dentistry should be thoughtful, individualized, and comfortable for every patient. Her practice focuses on providing attentive, high-quality care in a calm and private setting where patients are never rushed.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and completed fellowships at the same institution as well as at NYU College of Dentistry. She has extensive clinical experience in comprehensive dental care, including preventive dentistry, restorative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and professional teeth whitening.
Before opening her own practice, Dr. Ko built a strong reputation for her meticulous approach, gentle technique, and commitment to patient-centered care. Many patients appreciate the time she takes to explain treatment options clearly and help them make informed decisions about their oral health.

This was simply the best dentist experience of my entire life. Everything was so clean, so courteous, so welcoming - the whole thing felt much more like a spa day than a visit to a dentist. Dr. Ko only sees one patient at a time so I felt completely attended to with care, transparency, and communication. I only went in for a cleaning and Dr. Ko unprompted helped remedy a separate dental issue (a broken bar on my lower teeth) easily, successfully, and without charge. A rare dentist visit I could describe as LIFE CHANGING! I cannot recommend her anymore.

An incredible doctor and dentist!! She is truly the best dentist I have been to in my life and felt completely safe and well treated. Was very worried about my wisdom tooth and had scary experiences outside nyc but with Dr. Ko, the procedure was painless and completely fine in her fine hands. She truly cares about each and every patient and has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. She is exceptional.

Dr. Ko is the best! I have been a patient of Dr. Ko for the past 5 years, since I moved to the area. She is very sweet and attentive. She was also genuine and suggested avoiding invasive procedures when it wasn't necessary. So glad I chose this practice.
