I was in bad shape when I met JC but he was amazing, kind, and a constant professional. I have been back many times since my first visit and he had always taken great care with me, especially because of my fear of dentistry in general. I want everyone to know that this place is amazing and the entire staff wonderful.

Didn’t see dr Cabrera. A different dentist did my exam which is fine but you’d think that would be represented in the appointment. I also waited nearly an hour in the waiting room and was given a strange excuse about my insurance taking a while to identify. Seems like they see a lot of clients but not sure they’re equipped to take them all in a timely manner. The hygienist was nice but kinda rough.

I saw him for the removal of all 4 wisdom teeth. After administering laughing gas and numbing the sites, he left to deal with another patient and didn't return for 30 plus minutes- enough time that he had to readministered the numbing agents since the effects we're diminishing, which was frustrating when you're numb and loopy from all the meds.

This is the second time I've had to come to Center City Emergency Dentist, and this is the second time that I've had an amazing experience. Dr. Cabrera was absolutely professional, quick, thorough, and made my experience a wonderful one (again, this is a dentist so using words like amazing and wonderful don't come easy! lol).
But I had to have an emergency tooth extraction. He explained exactly what was taking place, what my options were, what to expect during the procedure, and more so, how it will feel and what I would feel afterwards. The whole process took about 25 minutes and he laid out everything that was going on during the process. Again, I couldn't have had a better experience!

Dr. Cabera was really knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. He explained how my visit would be and how he would remove the tissue that would be send for a biopsy. The procedure was virtually pain free and he checked throughout the procedure to make sure that my pain was managed. After the procedure was complete, he gave me clear instructions on what foods to avoid and how to managed the pain from the stitches. And how long it would take for him to give me the results of the biopsy. I really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend him.
