Booked what I thought was a general cleaning but they took x-rays, tried to upsell me on treatment then told me I needed to book another apt to get a cleaning...

Did not see the provider I came in for. I specifically scheduled a cleaning but was informed that there was no one available to perform the cleaning that day. Instead they offered me very expensive treatment, and without an actual cleaning. This is all after I had to get expensive x-rays just to be considered a patient. When I tried to rebook in person they said they weren’t sure if they will have the right equipment by the time I initially wanted to reschedule the appointment (a week later) and when I attempted to further reschedule, I was left on hold for a “loading system” for more than 15 minutes. This process and treatment procedure feels unprofessional for something that is so expensive.

This was my first dental appointment at this office location and the staff was not helpful and rude at times. Instead of treating me and explaining the process, it turned into a list of dental expenses of work that I needed done. The assistant taking my x-rays seemed inexperienced and took at least 20mins to complete.
