About Dr. Jun Suk Song
Dr. Joseph Song is a board certified periodontist and dental implant specialist. He is also one of the few dentists in the U.S. to be fully certified in LANAP®, a highly effective laser therapy for the treatment of periodontal disease.
Dr. Song graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York. He went on to complete a three year full-time residency in periodontics and implantology at the Harvard University College of Dental Medicine and received a certificate in periodontics and Master of Medical Science in Oral Biology. He strongly believes in continuing education, is an instructor of Euro Dental Implant Company and is actively involved in teaching implant dentistry, nationally and internationally. He specializes in dental implants, gum surgery, as well as wide range of other treatments.
Dr. Song is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Periodontology, and the American Board of Periodontology. While he aims to provide the highest quality of care in a compassionate and comfortable manner, his state of the art office allows a pleasant experience for patient and his warm, easy going manner allows for maximum communication between doctor and patient.

I was very nervous and Dr. Song and Julissa put me at ease. The gum surgery was yesterday. It seemed to go well, was over quickly and I feel fine today with very little discomfort. Efficient and friendly office.

Dr Song was rude, dismissive and alarmist. I found another periodontist who acknowledged the structural issues that have contributed to my gum problems and scheduled a deep cleaning before reassessing for what might be very minimal gum surgery.
